Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Milk Bar to launch cinnamon-sugar mashups

General Mills’ Cinnamon Toast Crunch has partnered with dessert company New York-based Milk Bar to launch a limited-edition do-it-yourself Cinnamilk Mix.

The partnership will also be launching two Milk Bar dessert creations. The cinnamon-sugar mashups will be available at select Milk Bar locations and online.

Cinnamilk Mix is a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch with added cinnamon sugar flavours. Milk Bar owner and chef Christina Tosi created the recipe.

The bottled Cinnamilk Mix is available at Milk Bar stores for $7 per bottle. It is also on sale at MilkBarStore.com for a limited time.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch senior marketing communications manager Mindy Murray said: “Our fans have been obsessed with Cinnamilk for a long time.

“By partnering with Milk Bar, we’re elevating Cinnamilk beyond the cereal bowl, delivering three new indulgent treats.

“Each of the dessert items puts a unique spin on the iconic cinna-sugar flavour combination, offering fresh ways to savour our cereal this holiday season.”

Tosi has also created two desserts featuring the cereal.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milk Bar Pie is a buttery, rich, cinnamon sugar filling inside a Cinnamon Toast Crunch base. It is available for $6.50 per slice and will be on sale until 8 December.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Marshmallow Cookie is a cinnamony, gooey cookie that is available at $3 per cookie. The product will be on sale from 19-22 December.

Tosi said: “Milk Bar is a place to escape and enjoy endless possibilities. Cinnamon Toast Crunch is one of my childhood favourites, and the flavours and textures it brings spark my imagination every time.”

General Mills’ offers several brands, including Cheerios, Nature Valley, Häagen-Dazs, Pillsbury and Betty Crocker.

Milk Bar, a dessert shop established in 2008, produces Americana-style desserts, including the Compost Cookie and Milk Bar Pie.
