Danish manufacturer of emulsifiers and stabilizers Palsgaard is pleased to announce that the company has joined forces with Solyman Services in order to provide its current and future customers with the best possible service in the Middle East.
Solyman Services has over 15 years of extensive practical and technical experience throughout the region and Palsgaard is sure that they will be able to assist them and ensure that all their customers receive the highest quality of service and support. Ingredients Middle East will be held 21-24 February 2010. At their joint stand, number S3-B24, in the Sheik Saeed hall 3 Palsgaard will present new innovations within bakery, confectionery, dairy and ice cream.
Aimed especially at cake mix manufacturers, Palsgaard will present its new Emulpals® 400 series, which differs from other emulsifiers as it is based on a new carrier system and will offer excellent functionality at a competitive price. It is Kosher and Halal certified, 100% vegetable, non-GMO, and does not contain allergens, soy or milk.
Fast-reacting all-vegetable, non-trans and non-GMO functional emulsifier
For industrial bakeries, Palsgaard presents a new, unique, fast-reacting all-vegetable, non-trans and non-GMO functional emulsifier. Palsgaard® SA 6610 is a non-soy product with functional properties designed to meet the uniformity and stability demand from automated industrial production.
The new Palsgaard PGPR 4120 will offer cost-in-use reductions to the confectionery industry. It has a strong effect particularly on the yield value in chocolate and compound systems, and is an excellent choice when a reduced fat content is requested.
Emulsifier / stabilizer blend for recombined milk
For dairy applications, Palsgaard will present its new emulsifier / stabilizer blend for recombined milk, which will improve the storage stability of the UHT milk. For chocolate milk, Palsgaard will present its new Palsgaard ChoMilk 151, which will improve the costs and provide excellent stability of the chocolate milk. For recombined evaporated milk the new Palsgaard 5836, which is based on non-GMO ingredients, will provide emulsion stability and prevent sedimentation. For recombined canned breakfast cream Palsgaard KP 08-657 will provide excellent form stability and enhance the creaminess.
For ice cream, a new trans-free addition to the patent-pending Palsgaard IceTriple emulsifier-stabilizer system will be introduced, allowing ice cream manufacturers to produce a creamier, more stable, and melting-resistant ice cream.
Emulsifiers and stabilizers for margarine and fine food products
As a new feature, Palsgaard and Solyman Services have decided to introduce Palsgaard’s range of emulsifiers and stabilizers for margarine and fine food products, which have not previously been promoted in the Middle East. For margarine and shortenings Palsgaard manufactures a full line of emulsifiers and stabilizers such as distilled mono-glycerides, mono-diglycerides, citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, combinations of different emulsifiers, combinations of emulsifiers and lecithins, polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR), and many more.
For the fine food segment Palsgaard also supplies stabilizer combinations for low-fat mayonnaise, non-fat dressings, fat-containing sauces and dressings, heat and freeze stable sauces, and ketchup.
