WITT’s precise and reliable gas mixers range from small, specialised mixers to large-scale systems.
The product has a very high mixture quality, ensuring users receive completely homogeneous mixtures for optimum process reliability.
Gas mixers offer the highest possible flexibility for required mixing ratios, gas volumes and application location.
Users can benefit from lower purchasing prices for standard products, as well as no need for expensive storage of the numerous required gases in cases of frequent gas mixture changing.
Small gas mixers
WITT offers a wide range of compact gas mixers for a variety of applications requiring smaller amounts of the gas mixture, for example in food processing, welding technology or laboratories. These mixers typically employ mechanical mixing valves.
KM20-ECO is a compact gas mixer for producing one or two preset mixtures of CO2 and N2. It is designed for beverage dispensing applications.
MM line is a compact and economic gas mixer for two gases and a variety of technical applications, including for discontinuous withdrawal.
BM-2M is an economic gas mixer for two gases, designed for direct cylinder connection and high-pressure.
The KM gas mixers are for two or more non-flammable or flammable gases. A wide range of mixtures and flows can be set, accommodating highly fluctuating mixed gas withdrawal quantities and discontinuous withdrawal.
Using mechanical or electrical mixing values, these models are designed for medium flow rates in a variety of industrial applications.
KM100-2M is a system for two defined gases, especially for flow packing machines or other continuous packaging processes in the food industry.
KM-FLOW is used for three defined gases. It provides optimised gas flow for a variety of industrial applications. Instead of conventional proportional valves for mixing gases, it uses electronic mass flow controllers.
KM100-3MEM+ is designed for three defined gases, using electrical mixing valves for a variety of industrial applications.
KM100-2ME is used for two defined gases, particularly in applications where there are severe fluctuations in mixture extraction rates.
The MG line is comprised of high-performance gas mixers for two or more non-flammable or flammable gases, offering infinitely variable mixture and flow settings for discontinuous withdrawal and severe fluctuations in mixture extraction rates.
These systems have been designed for high-peak flow rates and operate with mechanical or electrical mixing valves.
MG-FIX/FLEX is for two or three gases, adjustable or pre-set. It uses a pneumatic continuous flow controller.
MED-MG is a stationary gas mixer for the generation of synthetic air for medical applications.
MG 100-3ME mixes three defined gases for a variety of industrial applications with high flows and fluctuating gas mixture production requirements.
MG 500-2ME is a powerful electronic gas mixer for two gases, especially for highly fluctuating gas mixture output quantities.
MDV / MFC range
This is WITT’s most modern control system for the precise composition of fuel gas / oxygen mixtures, providing the necessary precision and consistency of supply to burner systems. Whether it’s a premix or a surface-mix burner, the controlled mixture permutations are unlimited.
MDV is a gas metering system that uses mechanical mixing valves for two or three gases, specially designed for surface-mix burners. Its modular design allows subsequent changes of machine parameters, including capacities or number of burners.
MFC is a mixing system for the supply of a burner or other processes with gas mixtures of two or more gases. It uses mass flow controllers.
