Mondelez introduces new GOOD THiNS snack brand

US-based multinational food and beverage company Mondelez International has launched its new snack brand GOOD THiNS.

The company introduced the brand in response to the rising customer demand for wholesome and healthy options in the snack market.

It is the company’s first investment in the snack industry over the last ten years.

Mondelez manufactures GOOD THiNS with wholesome ingredients such as potato, wheat and rice, which are blended with a range of flavours such as spinach, sweet potato and garlic.

The company ensures to manufacture the snacks without using artificial colours and flavours, cholesterol, high-fructose corn syrup and partially hydrogenated oils, to cater to the needs of current consumers for healthy food options.

The American food company has introduced its GOOD THiNS snack brand in eight different varieties and flavours.

The GOOD THiNS snacks are introduced in potato, chickpea and rice varieties.

The potato snacks are made of 60% less fat compared with the regular fried potato chips and available in original, sweet potato, and spinach and garlic flavours.

The gluten-free rice chips are available in simply salt, sea salt and pepper, veggie blend, and poppy and sesame seed flavours, while the chickpea chips is introduced with the flavor of garlic and herb.

Mondelez GOOD THiNS marketing director Danielle Brown said: "At Mondelez International, what’s important to consumers is important to us.

"We’re regularly taking a consumer pulse on ingredient and flavour preferences."

Mondelez’s GOOD THiNS snack is currently available at the market at a price of $3.69 a box.
