protected with products Certified and Registered by the Australian Government and endorsed by HACCP International as food-safe wall surfaces that are suitable for use in food and beverage facilities, with DEFLECTA® concrete protection solution products providing a high-quality aesthetic finish.
The client sought an effective, durable, anti-bacteria and mould protection solution, to keep its facility protected and hygienically sanitised. The 117,000m² of external walls and internal walls and ceilings, which are highly susceptible to bacteria and mould growth due to the geographic location, extreme weather conditions and internal manufacturing procedures, is setting high industry standards by its quality completion.
DEFLECTA® ANTIMICROBIAL
With its strong performance in being resilient and able to withstand conditions of high humidity and extreme temperatures, this product was recommended to provide a hygienically sanitised finish to the internal concrete matrix and surface by killing bacteria, suppress mould and assist with internal moisture control. It is easy to apply and keep maintained if simple cleaning protocols are followed. DEFLECTA® ANTIMICROBIAL is a non-toxic formulation with low VOC and zero VOS content.
DEFLECTA MULTI SEALER®
With the additional application of DEFLECTA MULTI SEALER® , a coloured concrete surface sealer solution, to further prevent moisture ingress, mould growth and adds long term benefits by its satin finish giving the Clients and community a high-end quality aesthetic appearance.
A successful project to build a first-class food factory
DEFLECTA® with its project representative based in Chengdu and strategic planning of the project, executed a successful project by introducing good products and good working crews to the Client. The Official Opening Ceremony in September 2018 will acknowledge the delivery of solid systems and skilled workmanship. Sichuan YangGuofu Food Co.,Ltd, aim was to build a first-class food factory in the Industrial Park by using 80% Western-manufactured products, as their preferred choice.
Furthermore, sign off of a Strategic Cooperation Agreement was requested, which DEFLECTA® believes is an asset to both companies. The first for DEFLECTA® to sign such an agreement represents mutual control of cooperation required to deliver on sustainable project requirements and apply best efforts always for successful outcomes.
