Niman Ranch has partnered with Purely Meat to distribute its certified humane meats across Chicago and Indianapolis markets in the US.

According to the deal, Purely Meat will distribute Niman Ranch’s beef, pork, lamb and prepared products to restaurants in Chicago and Indianapolis.

Niman Ranch general manager Jeff Tripician said: “The folks at Purely Meat share a commitment to quality products and building integrity-based relationships that makes them a natural fit with our family farmers and ranchers who produce our great tasting meat.”

The company claims that its meat has been raised by a community of more than 720 small, independent US family farmers without using antibiotics or hormones.

Purely Meat will process and deliver Niman Ranch’s Midwest-raised pork to Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse in Chicago.

For more than four decades, Niman Ranch has been engaged in meat business.

The company’s pork, beef, lamb and prepared products are available across the country at both foodservice and retail locations.
