Allen Family Food to Sell Chicken Production Complex

US-based Allen Family Foods will sell its Hurlock chicken production complex and a Delmar feed mill to South Carolina-based Amick Farms.

Amick will take on all the employees and growers at the facilities.

The sale is scheduled to be completed by 30 June, according to wboc.com.
