Deals this week: Sonoma Creamery, Accent Food Services

US-based Sonoma Creamery has announced that it has secured a $10m equity investment from Svoboda Capital Fund IV, which is managed by private equity firm Svoboda Capital Partners (SCP).

Sonoma is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of cheeses and cheese-based snacks.

Accent Food Services has completed the acquisition of the assets of Bilger Vending, which is engaged in providing vending machines.

The acquirer provides vending, and coffee and refreshment services.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

American online food ordering and delivery company ShareBite has raised $0.61m from an available $1.5m debt offering.

Indian cafe chain operator The Chocolate Room has reached an agreement to raise Rs1bn ($15.44m) in venture funding.
