Swedish grocery retail chain Netto Marknad has announced the appointment of Thomas Jellum as chief executive officer.
Jellum, who has previously worked for Netto England, will take up the post in September or October this year, and will succeed Mark Jensen.
Netto, which operates 23 stores in southern and western Sweden, is to open a store in Trelleborg on 28 August and plans to open two more outlets in September.
Netto Marknad is a joint venture between Swedish retailer ICA Ahold and Danish retailer Dansk Supermarked, reported the Swedish News Digest.
