Snow Monkey, creators of Superfood Ice Treat, has launched three new flavours Matcha Green Tea, Passion Fruit, and Cinnamon in the US market.

According to the company, the Matcha Green Tea flavour ice cream contains antioxidants, while the Passion Fruit includes vitamin C, beta-carotene, and polyphenols, which is known for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Snow Monkey’s third ice cream flavour Cinnamon is made with Ceylon cinnamon, the only type that is low in coumarin.

All three flavours are said to contain 130 calories and 7g of protein per serving.

“We are continuously working toward our mission of reinventing America’s favourite treats.”

The company claims that its new ice creams have been produced using plant-based ingredients and are free from all eight major allergens.

Snow Monkey co-founder and CEO Rachel Geicke said: “Snow Monkey is the only ice cream alternative that allows consumers to enjoy their favourite treat for breakfast, post-workout fuel, or indulgence without any of the guilt.

“We are continuously working toward our mission of reinventing America’s favourite treats, and the ability to appeal to additional taste preferences with the launch of our new flavours takes us one step closer.”

The ice cream maker will be rolling out its products in the US market at select retailers, and consumers can pre-order the ice cream products through the company’s website.
