M&As this week: Synlait Milk, Delivery Hero Group

Synlait Milk has announced the acquisition of The New Zealand Dairy Company (NZDC) for NZ$33.2m ($23.44m), along with an associated company that owns the land and buildings in which the latter operates.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are New Zealand-based dairy companies.

Germany-based Delivery Hero Group has announced plans to acquire Kuwait-based Carriage Logistics General Trading Company.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are engaged in providing online food delivery services.
