Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group has announced that it will acquire a 37% stake in China Shengmu Organic Milk.

The company expects the acquisition to cost them up to $682.4m.

Protein Partners has announced that it will acquire CNP Professional Limited from First Milk.

Springboard Corporate Finance is acting as the financial adviser to First Milk on the acquisition.

Motilal Oswal Private Equity (MOPE) has acquired a minority stake in Dairy Classic Ice Creams for a purchase consideration of $164m.

Ernst &Young was the financial adviser to Dairy Classic on the acquisition.
