Cadbury said it will shut down its distribution centre at Ringwood in Australia in July and outsource its operations.
The confectionery giant said the decision is not related to the company's takeover by Kraft.
Cadbury said it has invested $200m over the last two-and-a-half years to upgrade its factories in Australia and New Zealand.
Earlier, before the £11.7bn ($18.6bn) Kraft take over, Cadbury revealed its plan to close the Somerdale factory in Keynsham.
The acquisition could save about 400 jobs if Kraft sticks to its pledge to continue the Somerdale operation.
