Definition:

Form-fill sealing process uses two films; a forming film and a non-forming film. The forming film is heated and die pressed into the necessary shape by vacuum suction or forming plug. The formed container is then filled with a product. The non-forming film is placed over the container, and the air removed by vacuum.
