Worldwide Food Expo ‘05 is the year’s largest food and beverage processing and packaging event in the world, covering more than a million square feet of exhibits and featuring 1,200 of the world’s leading suppliers. More than 30,000 attendees from 100 countries will visit the show to learn about new technologies, solutions, trends and ideas.
Niro Food and Dairy Dryers
Will exhibit a variety of drying and agglomeration systems including spray dryers, fluid bed processors, as well as a new process, Tixotherm™, to dry de-proteinized whey.
The Dryer Group will also promote the advanced Integrated Filter Dryer (IFD™) which features an integrated fluid bed and filter arrangement. In the Integrated Filter Dryer (IFD™), Niro has further developed and refined the successful and versatile Multi-Stage Dryer (MSD™) by integrating the CIP-able Sanicip™ bag filter into the drying chamber. The result is improved powder quality as well as total in-place powder recovery and cleaning capability while the need for external cyclones, bag filters, and fines recycling has been eliminated.
Niro Custom Fabrication
The Niro custom fabrication facility was acquired by Niro Inc. in 1979. It has since been constantly upgraded both in regard to the fabrication machinery and equipment as well as the labor skills. The result being one of the most efficient, experienced and best equipped stainless steel workshops in the United States. The workshop employs approximately 75 skilled people on the floor in the 51,000 sqf. facility. The workshop is positioned as both the fabrication division of Niro Inc. and as a custom fabrication facility to engineering companies and processing facilities. We work to USDA-3A, pharmaceutical cGMP, and ASME BPE standards.

Niro Soavi will display their re-designed NS5180H homogenizers and their new Twin Panda laboratory homogenizer.
