Gerstenberg Schröder (GS) is holding a fine food training course from 19-20 May 2010 at the pilot plant facility of GS, in Brøndby, near Copenhagen, Denmark.
The objective of the course is to train the personnel in principles and practices of mayonnaise, dressing and other fine food products. The course will be held in English.
During the course the participants will have the opportunity to see and test the functionalities of a flexible GS emulsification pilot plant and control system while testing various recipes.
