Prokem manufacture the Decapol HF polyeurethane flooring system for the food industry. Decapol HF has higher all round strength than conventional floor surfaces which means is excellent in areas of heavy truck and trolley traffic, and where high resistance to high impact and heavy point loading is required.

SLIP-RESISTANT KITCHEN FLOORING

The Decapol flooring system is highly slip-resistant, and is available in either a matt or monolith surface. In wet areas, regular wash down locations, and areas soaked with oil and grease, Decapol HF exhibits an extremely high slip resistance and ease of cleaning which is maintained throughout the service life of the floor.

HEATPROOF FLOORING

Decapol HF is not affected by alkalis, such as caustic soda and potassium hydroxide, except in very concentrated form. Another factor that makes the system suitable for food processing applications is that it provides temperature stability. In operation Decapol HF is stable at high and low temperatures and is suitable for exposure to hot water and steam.

Decapol HF has excellent impermeability and is not affected by washing, power scrubbing and high-pressure steam cleaning. It can be supplemented with a compatible underlayed screed to provide drainage falls and improve surface flatness.

The flooring is available in a range of colours, including yellow, red, green, blue, light grey and mid grey, allowing customers to choose the correct product for their specific requirements or application. The product is particularly suitable for dairies, acid plants, pulp industries, battery rooms, breweries, juice factories, chromate, and nickel and zinc plating plants.

DECASCREED: INDUSTRIAL FLOORING SCREED

Decascreed industrial flooring screed has a fast laying technique, good inherent slip-resistance and high compressive and flexural-tensile strengths, making it a reliable choice for industrial food processing applications. It displays excellent abrasion and impact-resistance, as well as chemical resistance. Additionally, this flooring has an easily maintainable finish and a sealed surface.

Decascreed is available in a range of colours and is characterised by a speckled built-in feature of black and white stones. The colour is inherent within the quartz aggregates which is surrounded and protected fully by the clear epoxy resin resulting in a finish both visually attractive and highly practical.
