The consulting process starts with a detailed analysis of the installed base in the operation. The analysis considers what raw materials are used, how the machine is operated, how the machine is incorporated in the process, and in particular, what optimisation potential and potential problems exist: everything is considered. On the basis of this analysis, individual programmes are drawn up and implemented for maintenance, training of staff or modernising individual components.
