GEA Filtration

GEA Filtration - Separation, Purification, Concentration, Clarification, Isolation, Recovery, Filtration, and Pre-Concentration of Food and Food Ingredients

GEA Filtration is a world leader in cross-flow membrane filtration, with reverse osmosis, nano-filtration, ultra-filtration, and micro-filtration as core technologies.

CROSS-FLOW MEMBRANE FILTRATION TECHNOLOGY

Cross-flow membrane filtration technology is quickly gaining global acceptance as an important manufacturing step in many of the process lines in the food, food ingredients, dairy, brewery, beverage, nutraceutical, starch and sweetener industries. The ability to produce very specific separations at low or ambient temperatures with no phase change can, in many applications, make membrane filtration a much more cost-effective solution than more conventional methods such as rotary vacuum filtration or filter presses.

Membrane filtration is a pressure driven technology with pore sizes ranging from 100-molecular weight to 5-microns.

GEA Filtration is a one-stop supplier of the most advanced membrane filtration technology available. Your partnership with GEA Filtration is of great importance to your company's overall performance and ensures that, once you have built the ideal plant to meet your requirements, it will remain a profitable investment for years to come.

Our value added services include pilot plant purchase / rental, testing and process development, engineering, manufacturing, automation, commissioning, replacement membranes and spare parts, optimization, training, documentation and validation.

MICRO-FILTRATION, ULTRA-FILTRATION, NANO-FILTRATION, AND REVERSE OSMOSIS

The product knowledge we gained by this experience is indicated by the following list of products suitable for processing on a GEA Filtration membrane filtration system. These systems include micro-filtration, ultra-filtration, nano-filtration, and reverse osmosis with either spiral-wound, stainless steel, ceramic, tubular, or plate-and-frame configurations.
