Temperature Technology manufactures and imports a selected range of instruments for measuring and monitoring temperature and related physical quantities: pH, mA and RH. These include thermometers, data loggers, circular chart recorders and refrigerated vehicle (for trucks and vans) recorders with printing ability. Our selection criteria include price, accuracy, resolution, usability and durability, based on more than 70 years' experience with temperature measurement and monitoring. Temperature and physical quantity data loggersOur data loggers are battery-powered measurement instruments with memory for unattended monitoring of temperature. To start the logging and to download the result, the data loggers are connected to PCs via interface cables. Graphic software provides options for initial setting and for extracting information. T-TEC data loggers are the optimal choice due to their latest technology, unique design and powerful user-friendly software. With the exception of the humidity loggers, all T-TEC data loggers are IP68 waterproof. All T-TEC data loggers are encased in a polycarbonate casing that is both durable and strong. Curves from up to eight different locations / data loggers may be called up simultaneously. All T-TEC data loggers have an LCD display as an optional extra. Temperature chart recordersChart recorders are versatile instruments for measuring temperatures. They record the temperature on a specially designed chart with a disposable pen. They are simple to run and maintain, with only the replacement of batteries, charts and pens required; no other cables or computers are necessary. A chart recorder is the simplest way to provide written proof of compliance with regulations. Temperature Technology makes chart recorders to order, and can customise your recorder to your specifications. Our chart recorders use 100mm charts and can be supplied for a large number of different ranges. The ranges can be as narrow as 25ºC, which secures a very good resolution and an easy reading of the charts. Electronic thermometersThe Electronic Min-max Thermometer (EMT 888) is a handy thermometer that displays the current, the minimum and the maximum temperature, and is easily reset with only one button. It is great for fridges and ambient temperatures. Water and soil-resistant thermometer The RT600 is a water and soil-resistant thermometer with a protective cover that may be used for stirring or as an extra long handle. The large temperature range makes the thermometer very versatile; it is used for fresh chilled food, frozen foods, chemicals, vaccines, food processing and much more. Fast-reading thermometerThe RT610 is a rugged and robust fast-reading thermometer. It has a thick probe with a smaller pointed tip which makes it easy to push through cardboard or meat. Infrared electronic thermometersThe RT300 DUAL thermometer offers two functions in one: infrared measurement as well as a very accurate fold-out probe. Designed for food inspection, it has Food Zone indication; a green light will show if the food measured is less than 4°C or above 60°C. At other temperatures a red light will show. The Ezyscan is a small, hand-held infrared thermometer that can measure surface temperature without coming into contact with that it is measuring. Dial thermometersThe Micro3402 water-tight bimetal food thermometer is a stainless-steel probe with a sharp point for insertion. It is watertight, and may be cleaned in a dishwasher. It does not require batteries. The RT400 bimetal refrigerator thermometer is an elegant thermometer for refrigerators and freezers. It is totally transparent, so the white wall shows through. It works with a bimetallic coil, is easy to read and does not require any maintenance. Transport recordersDistributors of chilled and frozen foods are required to maintain the foods that they handle at specific temperatures. If there is a temperature-related problem due diligence may not be proved, unless adequate records demonstrating compliance with the temperature requirements have been maintained. With a TranScan-2ADR (automatic daily recording) or a TranScan Sentinel fitted, drivers of refrigerated vehicles that do pick-ups and deliveries can now provide proof of the temperature in their chiller compartment. This proof takes the form of a "Delivery Ticket" or a "Journey Ticket". Both may be printed out at any time, just by pressing a button. The new model can also set alarms.
