BATCH PROCESSING SYSTEM: PROBATCH+

The Sartorius ProBatch+ for Windows is a batch processing system for the operation, supervision and control of batch applications. It offers the user efficient management of original raw material and recipe data. It also offers a clear presentation of the running process, which enable all batch procedures to be monitored and controlled easily. Large automation tasks with up to 16 production lines and with up to 16 automatic balances can be achieved.

ONLINE MOISTURE METER: PMD300

Optimize the moisture content of your products with the new online moisture meter. The PMD300 series have been designed for online, in-process analysis. Through the use of microwave resonance technology, the moisture content can be measured in less than one second.

The moisture measurement takes the core as well as the surface moisture into account. The moisture analysis is non-destructive and is not affected by the color, density or surface properties of the sample material. Depending on sensor type, the measuring range is between 0.1% and 60% moisture content. Please contact us. We have tested the system with many different products already.
