Priorclave - Laboratory Autoclaves and Steam Sterilisers, Calibration and Servicing

Priorclave manufacture and service a range of cylindrical and rectangular section laboratory autoclaves and steam sterilisers ranging from bench-top to large autoclaves with power operated doors and steam jackets. All Priorclave autoclaves feature the TACTROL® control system allowing all models to be configured for the most simple to the most complex operating cycles and applications.

All models have the facility for delayed start and media warming at the end of the cycle to maintain growth media overnight at a 'ready to pour' temperature.

A large range of options and accessories are available including vacuum cycles.

With Priorclave's registration as a UKAS calibration laboratory post-installation testing and servicing options are available along with fully comprehensive servicing arrangements.

Priorclave's products and processes have been independently approved and monitored by authorised bodies and are CЄ marked to the following standards:

• European PED - 97/23/EC (approved for the entire pressure system, not just the pressure vessel structure)
• EN61010-2-41 - electrical safety
• EN5008-1 / EN50082-1 - electromagnetic compatibility

Priorclave autoclaves exceed current safety standards and uniquely offer the additional protection of BioCote®, a revolutionary anti-microbial coating, incorporating an active agent effective against bacterial and fungal growth.

COMPACT LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES

Compact Priorclave autoclaves allow flexible operation for the low-volume user, usually only available in larger units. Two models are available, the Compact 40 Bench-top 40L autoclave and the Compact 60 with a 60L capacity.

TOP LOADING AND FRONT LOADING LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES

Popular with many microbiology laboratories, top and front-loading laboratory autoclaves feature cylindrical vessels, have a 500mm diameter for more effective loading and are available for electric heating or for connection to plant steam. Top-loading Priorclaves feature low loading-heights for operator comfort and are available in 100L and 150L capacities. They are compact for modern laboratories where space is at a premium and are available with loading lifts if required. Front-loading Priorclaves are available in 100L, 150L and 200L capacities and are particularly useful for autoclaving heavy or bulky items. A full range of loading trolleys is available.

LARGE CAPACITY AUTOCLAVES

With rectangular chambers for high-volume throughput as well as large bulky items, these large-capacity autoclaves combine a huge internal capacity with a small floor area. They are available in 235L, 350L, 450L and 700L capacities with a compact design - the 235 and 350 models will fit through a standard door. Intermediate and larger sizes are also available on request. They feature a simple, hand-wheel door closure. The same models are also available with vertical power-doors and can be supplied either as stand-alone cabinet autoclaves or built in to a fascia panel in a plant room installation.

PASS-THROUGH / DOUBLE DOOR AUTOCLAVES

Available as cylindrical or rectangular models, pass-through / double door autoclaves are designed for installation through a wall enabling items to be either sterilised into or out of a room. They can be fully sealed into the wall and interlocks prevent both doors opening at the same time or opening into the sterile area until the sterilising cycle has been completed.

AUTOCLAVE CALIBRATION, TESTING AND SERVICE

As a fully accredited UKAS calibration laboratory Priorclave is able to carry out performance qualification as required. Routine calibration is available as a one-off or as part of a regular maintenance contract. Maintenance contracts for all models are available with parts-inclusive and extended term options. All models are currently available with a two-year extended warranty option, which includes all routine and emergency servicing and parts (excluding consumables and work relating to incorrect use), making the autoclave virtually cost-free for the first two years of use.
