MET 30+ HORIZONTAL METAL DETECTION SYSTEM

The MET 30+ horizontal metal detection system can be used for a range of ingredients and materials from uncooked to finished cooked products. Inspection of ingredients helps protect machinery further down the line and prevents pieces of metal contaminating any future parts of the food process. The MET 30+ metal detector is available with single, high or multi-frequency technology. This ensures that you obtain the highest sensitivity required for all food products and temperatures.

The MET 30+ metal detection system is also used for end-of-line product inspection during weighing, labelling or after food is packaged. The MET 30+ can be combined with Lock's CK checkweigher (or other manufacturers) to operate as one unit for final quality control assurance. MET 30+ VERTICAL FALL METAL DETECTOR

The MET 30+ vertical fall metal detector has been developed to provide the most effective solution to removing unwanted metallic particles from bulk materials using a sealed valve reject mechanism. The vertical fall unit is compact and approved to ATEX zones 21 and 22.

MET 30+ WAFERTHIN METAL DETECTOR

The MET 30+ waferthin metal detector is built with circular openings and is generally used with bagging, multi-head weighers and form, fill and seal machines where an alarm signal or double bag indicates metal detection.

MET 30+ PIPELINE METAL DETECTOR

The MET 30+ pipeline metal detector is designed specifically for the inspection of liquid, pastes or pet foods. The sensitivity of this compact system can be relied upon for a wide variety of products at ambient, chilled or high temperatures.
