Tetra Pak Present the New Version of Hoyer Dry Coater

Challenged by market requests for a more efficient unit for applying dry matter to ice cream novelties Tetra Pak has developed a new version of their self-contained Hoyer Dry Coater.
Specially designed to distribute the dry matter evenly on all sides of the novelties, the coater can run with all larger Hoyer Rollo systems, Hoyer Dino transfer systems as well as several other systems for dipping and coating ice cream novelties.
Even distribution of a wide variety of dry matter - crucial for perfect looking end-products
The specially designed chamber distribution system secures a gentle and uniform coating of all products.
- Deflector shields are built into the filling chamber assuring uniform coating
- Agitator with adjustable blades ensuring even distribution of the dry matter
The preceding liquid coating is decisive for the quality of the dry-coating and adjustments in the formulation can be necessary to achieve the right drying time.

- Self-contained unit with separate control
- Frequency inverter on all motor drives for use everywhere
- Feeding hopper with sight glass for visual indication of refilling
