Stork provides poultry processing equipment, meat processing machinery and further-processing systems to make meat, potato and fish products into convenience food and meal-component items.

POULTRY PROCESSING EQUIPMENT

Stork Food Systems' poultry processing equipment has many functions:

  • Supply, with the Stork GP container system
  • Stunning, with the innovative multiphase Controlled Atmosphere System (CAS)
  • Plucking, using the A-frame plucker
  • Evisceration, with the Nu-Tech Nuova eviscerator and back end equipment
  • Quality grading with the Automatic Quality Systems (AQS): in combination with the Product Distribution System (PDS-NT) the quality information can control the entire process
  • Efficient, high-yield cutting with the new-generation, flexible, modular portioning Automatic Cutting Module (ACM-NT) system
  • Deboning, utilising the Automatic Modular Breast Filleting (AMF-BX) system and the Front Half Filleting (FHF-XB) system
  • In-line thigh, drumstick and whole-leg deboning with Storks' cut up system, ACM-NT
  • In-line marinating

MEAT PROCESSING MACHINERY

Stork's complete range of meat processing machinery and equipment includes:

  • QX-quality co-extrusion, a combination of a process and product created to alter the state of sausage making: with the Stork Townsend QX system, manual labour is minimised, and safety, sanitation and hygiene unmatched
  • Stork Townsend skinning equipment
  • The Stork Townsend ABF automatic trimmer and the DHT versatile trimmer, which boost yields and reduce blade costs by up to 75%
  • Stork Townsend NL17 Flexlinker and NL17 SmartLinker automatic sausage-linkers
  • Curing and marinating injectors, including low-pressure injectors, the 1450 industry-standard injector, PI injectors and the 8000 series of large injectors

MEAT HARVESTING MACHINES

Meat harvesting can be carried out with Stork's group of meat harvesting machines, which allow processors to recover tissue left on the bone following manual deboning, providing well-structured, high-quality meat and protein

FURTHER-PROCESSING EQUIPMENT

Stork's new low-pressure forming technology has been used to create the RevoPortioner forming machine, which provides high capacities, exceptionally high product-quality and low ownership costs. The RevoFormer forming machine is ideal for the potato industry.

Stork's further-processing equipment also includes coating machines for handling a wide variety of products and coatings, for example the BatterApplicator, RotoCrumb and TempuraApplicator.

GoldFryer frying equipment cooks food using oil, providing longer-life crispy and tasty products.

HOT AIR TREATMENT

The SpiralOven is a hot air treatment system with a unique three-in-one steam, cook or grill concept, allowing a wide variety of products to be processed in a single system. The LinearOven hot air treatment system gives products the correct colour, bite and flavour.

COOLING AND FREEZING EQUIPMENT

Stork can offer cooling and freezing equipment for meat and poultry products, potato products or ready-to-eat meals, and freezing or refrigerating in the medium-temperature range and in a limited space.

IN-LINE MARINATING

With the ValueDrum in-line marinating system it is possible to massage, marinate and garnish in a continuous flow of small batches without having any logistic issues. Different additives (fluid or powder) can be used in each segment to create the desired end product.

Another unique development is the ValueTrack in-line marinating system for bone-in poultry products, which can be used with a large number of marinades and garnishes, such as herbs and chopped vegetables, or for the application of hot spray marinades mixed in with garnishes.

At our head office in Boxmeer, engineers and technologists continually develop trend-setting equipment and innovative machines using Stork's in-depth knowledge of customers' production processes, the market and the food preparation process.

Stork amasses this product know-how through its far-reaching collaboration with its customers: a specialist team at the company's demonstration centre in Boxmeer tests customers' products for taste, appearance and quality.
