SAFE FOOD-TRANSFER EQUIPMENTAlthough product integrity is a concern at every step of food processing, we recognise that the risk of damage is highest during the transfer stage. We manufacture specialised equipment to enable us to meet the special requirements posed by this risk. We offer the Viscofeeder™, for the safe transfer of highly viscous products. This product offers specific quantity dosing of hyper-viscous and stick products. It operates through feeding of high-pressure pumps without introducing air. PROGRESSING CAVITY PUMPSAdditionally, we manufacture Moineau™ progressing cavity pumps. These are ideal for tasks that require a steady flow regardless of product viscosity or pressure, and offer a very low shear. The PCM Delasco™ hose pumps are versatile and robust; ideal for tasks that require dry priming, they offer simple cleaning and maintenance. We also manufacture Dosys™ pumps, the only model of pump of the market with the ability to let the user accurately dose fluids with high solid content at low flow rates.
