Clextral Acquires Danish Company K.A.L. ProcesTeknik A/S

One year after joining Legris Industries Group, Clextral announces the acquisition of Danish company K.A.L. ProcesTeknik A/S (Gadstrup,Copenhagen region).
K.A.L. ProcesTeknik A/S (K.A.L.) specializes in refurbishing extruder screws and offers metallurgical solutions tailored to the fish feed, pet food and plastics industries. The services, responsiveness, and professionalism offered by K.A.L are particularly appreciated by customers in Scandinavia.
The establishment of this new subsidiary in Denmark reinforces Clextral's extended network of services in Scandinavia. The company maintains local offices in the United States, Chile, China, Algeria and Russia, and this new establishment will give Clextral’s Scandinavian customers faster access to the company’s products and services; in addition to the metallurgical solutions and expertise already offered by K.A.L.
Clextral, the leader of twin screw extrusion, joined the Legris Industries Group in February, 2007 with the determination to boost its growth and performance.
