With the recent acquisition of Barth, the Buhler Chocolate & Cocoa business unit strengthens it's activities in the cocoa and nut business allowing the know-how in the treatment of cocoa beans to be bundled.
THE EXHIBITS
To exhibit a machine on our booth means for us to show real added values to our customers. Feel by yourself the dynamism of our exhibits feel the dynamics of our exhibits for yourself – if decorating an article or mixing complex suspensions.
Starting with the cocoa and nuts processing, we will exhibit the highly efficient winnower W4000 as well as the novel technology in nut roasting processing with the NR3 to allow a substantial shelf life increase of hazelnuts. Furthermore we'd like to show a new model in the pasteurization of almonds.
In a next step - the world of chocolate and compound processing – we’ll present you the advantages of the modular solution CompLineTM 600, a highly efficient and compact piece of equipment to process complex compounds.
In the field of chocolate mass production, you'll find the state-of-the–art two-stage refining system with PreFiner 1800 and FinerTM 2500 V with the newest features. Close to them you'll get the opportunity to dive into the world of conching - both conches DÜC and ELK3 as well as a new highly efficient liquifier LiQ 4.5TM will be presented to you closer than ever. For R&D personnel we will exhibit the three roll refiner SDX-300 and the 5kg one shaft conche Elkolino, which allow an excellent up-scaling.
