AVM VERTICAL FORM FILL SEAL MACHINES

Audion's AVM Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machines automatically form a bag, fill it with free flowing product (snack foods, nuts, grains, fresh-cut produce, candy) and then seal and separate the finished package. The Audion AVM range of fully automatic vertical form fill and seal machines is one of the most extensive in the industry. Audion manufactures a complete line of reliable, flexible, low-maintenance, user-friendly vertical form fill seal machines. Audion can supply the integrated system, including the dosing equipment (multihead weigher, linear scale, auger or piston filler), packaging machine and necessary feeding systems, for an all-in-one vertical form fill seal solution.

AUDIONVAC VACUUM PACKAGING MACHINES

When looking for a vacuum packaging machine to vacuum seal meat, fish, seafood or other food products, the Audionvac vacuum packaging machines are ideal. Audion's AHM 350T flow wrapper is an entry level high performance flow wrapper in an extremely small footprint. This flow wrapper features fast set-up, changeover flexibility and ease of use. The 350T flow wrapper is small enough to fit on a tabletop and is the perfect choice for new applications or increasing your production capacity. Product is fed into the machine either manually or automatically and can be flow wrapped at speeds of up to 60 packages per minute.

BAND SEALERS

Audion's band sealers are designed to rapidly and easily seal pre-made plastic bags of food products. These tabletop and floor standing vertical and horizontal band sealers will give a higher production speed and increased seal reliability compared to manual bag sealers. Audion's band sealers are available with a variety of options, including stainless steel frame and embosser.

The D 552 horizontal band sealer is a floor standing continuous band sealer for applications requiring speed and convenience. The D 552 band sealer creates a 10mm wide seal, operates at a speed of up to 10m/min, and can be set to a seal temperature of up to 300°C. The D 552 band sealer's integrated conveyor can be tilted down 30° to facilitate bag handling.
