AA Link - Food Packaging Machines

AA Link has been operating for over four years importing packaging machines for the food industry. Previously the managing director ran a small chocolate manufacturing and wholesale for ten years. With his engineering background, he had built and serviced all the machines which were used in the production of the business. The reasons for doing so were the cost of pieces of equipment and the need of extensive knowledge to operate the machines.

As a result AA Link has since been providing low cost and easy-to-operate technology to its customers in all facets of the food industry.

Sachet making fill and seal machine

This machine is very compact and simple to control by using the servo base system. All options are available on request which include date coder, auger, linear weigh head and liquid filling system. The machine can make a three-sided seal sachet or four sided sachet.

Flow wrapping machine

The advantage of this machine is the precision of the process when making it to provide an easy setting up, changing former. The control system is exceptionally smart, which helps the machine run faster and more accurately.

Pouch filler and seal machine

The pouch filler and seal machine has four stations for picking up the bags, filling and sealing. It has a compact size and the price tag is comparable to others, whilst not compromising performance. It has an optional system for opening the zip bags. It has a weigh head, auger and liquid system to fill a variety of different phase of products, such as liquids, solids and powders. The maximum bag’s size is up to 250mm × 300mm (W × L), and it can fit on the machine.

Linear weigh head

The linear weigh head is available from single to four heads and also available in air pressure operate or fully electric models. As a stand-alone unit, it can operate in automatic mode or pedal. Accuracy is the main feature for this unit, which is achieved by two separated feeding systems (coarse and fine) and a smart control system with a built-in calibration function counter.

Auger

The auger unit gives an accurate weight in grams. It can be a a stand-alone unit with automatic mode or pedal and tailored to suit a range of powder types and sizes. It is completed with a built-in counter.
