Get a Grip on Your Products Using Crescent Top

The Crescent Top belt is our newest addition to our impression top belt line. The special 'crescent' shape is designed to allow high grip of bulky and soft products such as meats, poultry and other food product, and in application where meat slicers or similar equipment is used. This special belt top can be used in inclined applications to elevate bulky or shredded products without adding cleats. Volta's added value is a high grip top on an extremely homogenous belt.
The homogenous material characteristics and smooth operating surfaces ensure an effective and easy cleaning process since the crescent top shape is extruded as part of the belt and has no fabric layers, eliminating fraying, low bacteria counts and contamination of the product. Volta Crescent Top belt is FDA / USDA.
The belt can be easily welded on-site using Volta FBW Welding Kit directly on the conveyor bed. There is no need for lengthy finger or overlap splicing. The welding retains the special pattern and eliminates the use of metal fasteners.
The non-porous material provides good resistance to fats and oils; and does not absorb liquids since there are no fabric layers involved.
