As in all our impression top belts, the IRT belt is highly hygienic thanks to its homogenic characteristics, and meets the highest international standards for food processing. Since the IRT belt is manufactured with the belt, cracks and crevices where bacteria can breed is no longer a problem. Thus, cleaning is now an easy and quick task to accomplish.
The IRT belt is highly resistant to cuts and abrasion since we use TPE materials to manufacture it. When a cut occurs on the surface of the belt, delamination does not occur since there is no carcass layer underneath it.
