The M2585 1" pitch Flush Grid was designed for shrink tunnels, oven and fryer discharges, cooling lines and many other applications requiring large open area (54%). Available in a wide range of materials to meet application requirements capable
of temperatures ranging from -40° to 464°F (240°C).
The open hinge design improves access during sanitation and improves the back bending diameter over current industry standards. The innovative Smart Fit® rod system provides maximum rod retention and allows for fast installation and repairs with a screwdriver.
The M2585 Flush Grid 1" highlights are:
* Large open area of 54%: Largest measured open area of any existing 1" pitch belt
* Open hinge: Design for direct food contact
* Improved lateral stiffness over current industry standard
* High temperature materials: Intermittent temperatures up to 464°F (240°C)
* Smart Fit®: innovative rod retention design for easy installation/removal
Materials: FDA approved Polypropylene, Polyamide, reinforced Polyamide. Also available by request in super high temperature resistant material (ST) up to 464°F (240°C).
