bruel - Crate Washers, Tray Washers, Basket Washers and Handling Equipment

Food products make heavy demands on all types of container used both for internal and external distribution. Not only may there be demanding bacteriological requirements but containers may also form part of the sales display where visual appearance is important. The continuous and thorough cleaning of these containers is not just vital in meeting increasingly stringent hygiene legislation - it also ensures that production is not interrupted unnecessarily.

TUNNEL WASHERS, FLUME WASHERS AND CABINET WASHERS

Manufactured in stainless steel, brüel tunnel, flume and cabinet container washers and associated handling systems meet the highest possible standards for cleanliness, dryness and efficiency.

All brüel container washing plants, whether tunnel, flume or cabinet types are modular in design enabling them to be adapted to meet specific customer requirements.

Whatever the requirements, brüel can provide a highly cost effective washing solution - solutions which have been chosen by many leading food and box pool companies all over the world who depend on modern, reliable, low-maintenance and efficient container washing systems in order to deliver a world class service. Often the washing equipment is combined with a complete, fully integrated, automatic handling system, also supplied by brüel, providing many advantages in operation and offering excellent economy.

HYGIENIC CRATE / TRAY / BASKET WASHING SYSTEMS FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY

brüel container washing plants fulfil the most demanding requirements for capacity, efficiency, hygiene, energy consumption and environmental protection. This applies to all sectors of the food industry - whether it concerns plastic crates for fruit and vegetables, bakery products, fresh fish and meat, dairy products or beverages - and also the pharmaceutical industry. Whenever appropriate Bruel works closely with its customers to incorporate its washing plants into a HACCP system that the company may be operating as part of its overall food hygiene management system

BRÜEL CRATE / TRAY / BASKET WASHING AND DRYING PRINCIPLES

Six basic principles ensure optical and bacteriological cleanliness of the containers to be washed as well as the economical operation of brüel container washing plants:

  • Low washing temperatures prevent the 'baking-on' of albumen food products on the container surface and also minimise energy consumption
  • Long soaking cycles ensure effective dissolving of dirt and efficient use of detergent
  • High cleaning pressures and large quantities of water ensure thorough cleaning
  • Self-cleaning filter systems assure trouble free service and avoid blockage of spray nozzles
  • Efficient water management systems lower water and energy consumption and help to safeguard the environment
  • Turbomatic drying systems provide highly efficient drying of containers. The water is blown off leaving the container free of stains

CRATE / TRAY / BASKET HANDLING SYSTEMS

Brüel offers complete, integrated handling and storage systems for all types of container (e.g. rigid, foldable, bale-arm, IBC and pallet), capable of operating at very high capacities and including full electronic control and Management Information Systems (MIS).

  • Sorting systems
  • Stackers / de-stackers
  • Box turning and emptying devices
  • Palletisers / de-palletisers / pallet magazines

TURNKEY BOX, CRATE / TRAY / BASKET WASHING AND HANDLING SOLUTIONS

Brüel has full capability to provide customers with turnkey solutions. In cooperation with our customers we define fully the requirements for the equipment and the operating regime including, where appropriate, the interface with existing equipment, and building requirements.

Once defined, our engineering and design departments prepare a detailed technical / financial proposal for discussion and agreement with the customer before work is started.

All equipment is assembled and tested in our production facilities for initial customer acceptance before delivery.

In addition to comprehensive operating manuals and full training, a range of after-sales service packages is also available to suit customer requirements.

These are just some of the reasons why we consider ourselves to be turnkey suppliers.
