The Wright Group would like to introduce, SuperCoat Omega-3™. Its most recent nutrient innovation uses proprietary Super Micro Atomization Retention Technology (SMART™) to give microencapsulation with excellent process properties.

PHARMACEUTICAL AND FOOD APPLICATIONS

SuperCoat's properties can maximise specific nutrient functions by masking unpleasant tastes, odors and mouth feels of vitamins, minerals and nutraceuticals - the product can be used in a range of bakery products, functional food and nutritional supplements.

OMEGA - 3 FATTY ACIDS

SuperCoat uses a high quality marine source Omega–3 fatty acids DHA and EPA (10% to 18% Omega-3 within powder), and is manufactured with dry powders that have balanced DHA and EPA, GMO and BSE free.

MAINTAINING NUTRIENT INTEGRITY

SuperCoat protects sensitive nutrients in extreme processing environments. In environments where extreme temperatures would normally disintegrate nutrients, SuperCoat maintains nutrient integrity and therefore reduces ingredient overages.

PREVENTING INGREDIENT REACTIVITY

Ingredient interaction can potentially cause functionality problems within supplements and meal replacement systems. SuperCoat's nutrient protection capabilities permit ingredient function without reactivity - allowing you to incorporate nutrients that would otherwise present a formulation challenge when combined.
