ß-Carotene 3% CWS/M: This free-flowing, deep-orange powder imparts bright yellow colour shades to a wide range of products (instant products, effervescent tablets, beverages, dairy products, ice cream, confectionery, desserts, bakery products). It quickly disperses in cold water, so it is most suitable for all kind of instant products. On the other hand, due to its special composition and properties, ß-Carotene 3% CWS/M is very stable in finished products at the same time, e.g. beverages. Compared to other application forms of carotenoids available on the market, this dual suitability is unique.
