It was developed in response to growing consumer interest in non hydrogenated fat (non hvo) based food products and increased awareness of the effect of hydrogenated fats on health. The foamer enables the development of delicious instant cappuccinos and other hot instant beverages that require rich and stable foam layers. Aerion FOAM 210 also allows ‘friendly’ labelling and nutrition claims to be made.
