ACTI-Day Nutrition and Health conference

24 April 2007

The Syral company is organising ACTI-Day, a nutrition and health conference that will take place on June the 14th 2007 at Paris' Charles de Gaulle Airport, in the Radisson Hotel.

As a leading food ingredient supplier, Syral takes part in the responsibility for nutritional and health problems, and is therefore committed to providing healthy food choices to consumers. During ACTI-Day, we wish to offer new technical, scientific and marketing perspectives, and present how innovative ingredients can help food manufacturers take an active part in the marketing of nutritional and healthy food.

ACTI-Day is designed for food technologists, marketing managers and new product developers who are, or wish to become, involved in contributing to the shift of the food industry to healthier foods by promoting better-for-you products and functional food.

The nutrition and health conference will give them an opportunity to get an overview of market trends, discover new examples of food formulation with improved nutritional value, including Actilight® and Maltilite®; get updated about new regulations; discuss the latest scientific evidence in the pre-biotics area; and benefit from expert knowledge.
