Barry Callebaut to Unveil New Secrets of the Cocoa Bean at FIE Frankfurt

Barry Callebaut, the world's leading producer of fine quality cocoa and chocolate products, will be unveiling the results of new scientific studies into the anti-aging effects of its ACTICOA® cocoa and chocolate products at Food Ingredients Europe 2009 in Frankfurt, Germany.

Barry Callebaut's press conference will be held 17 November at FIE Frankfurt in the Motiv Room. The start time is 3pm.

Recent clinical trials conducted in Germany, France and the UK demonstrate that consuming ACTICOA significantly helps to maintain healthy skin.

The study's impressive results add further weight that health and indulgence can go hand in hand. ACTICOA cocoa and chocolate is the richest known natural source of antioxidant flavanols.
