JUPITER XP SUGAR CONE PRODUCTION PLANTSJUPITER XP series sugar cone production plants, designed for high capacities, combine long-standing experience and state-of-the-art technology to meet the highest customer demands. The highest-output wafer cone machine for large cones (such as waffle cones), is the JUPITER 159 XP, which produces approximately 9,500 cones/hr. The largest standard industrial cone plant (for example ice-cream cones), is the JUPITER 234 XP, at approximately 14,000 cones/hr. JUPITER X SUGAR CONE PRODUCTION PLANTSThe JUPITER X series of wafer baking ovens comprises plants designed for small and medium capacities. It possesses the same advantages as the JUPITER XP series, including new insulation, baking chain guidance and the functional principle of the rolling unit. The flexibility which rendered the standard wafer baking ovens series so successful is even significantly increased by the servo drives for the oven and the downstream equipment. Widened operator-convenience and a new baking plate design help to increase product quality, while the innovative heating-system reduces the energy costs. WAFER ROLL BAKING MACHINESWALTERWERK also offers sugar cone plants for the production of solid rolled sugar wafer rolls or small inner-diameter wafer rolls. Both kinds of wafer rolls can be produced with natural rim or trimmed rim. To produce wafer rolls with neat ends the machine will be equipped with an accurate cutting-saw; but wafer roll products with a natural rim are also possible. Depending on the length of the sugar wafer product and on the rim, the capacities range from 4,000 wafer rolls/hr to 19,000 products/hr. WAFER BOWL PRESSESThe BP 12 ch, BP 16 ch and BP 20 ch precision wafer bowl presses range in capacity from 3,600 sugar cones/hr to 6,000 sugar cones/hr. Cut, uncut and deep-drawn sugar wafer articles can be produced. The WALTER fully-automatic and user-friendly bowl press BP has 12, 16 or 20 pressing stations. Mechanically-guided pressing tools lead to precise product results. The tools can be changed very easily, noticeably shortening the changeover time. Different products can be produced on a single bowl press. BATTER MIXERSThe WALTER turbo batter mixer TMX 16 LC weighs recipe ingredients of more than 5kg during filling, and individually documents each single batch of batter. The uniformity of the recipe can thus be maintained, and the printed batch records also serve as quality evidence for batch tracing.
