Although participating at a processing equipment exhibition, you will not find stainless steel equipment at Tanis Food Tec's stand. Instead, you can taste and try new confectionery products and product varieties developed with our equipment. In this way, we hope to inspire you to expand your production range.
Three new product applications are available for you to taste and discuss:
1. Product ideas for aerated chocolate, a sensually melting product with visible bubbles which can be made in different sizes and shapes. These can be used for funny new applications such as chocolate letters – for example to be used as a birthday gift – but also in seasonal shapes for Easter or Christmas. Be the first to introduce an original and light chocolate variety. All samples are made on TFT equipment, according to our own recipe, in our test facility in Lelystad.
2. Wafers with novelty creams are a great way to expand an existing wafer range. New types of fillings will be shown to inspire wafer manufacturers of an already popular product. TFT can help you produce these varieties on existing equipment by extending your production line.
3. Marshmallow balls with jam filling in different tastes are a completely new product; big in Japan, completely unknown in the rest of the world so far. This lovely looking, soft, chewy product is looking for confectioners that wish to make a product introduction in their own market. The equipment is in a development phase and will be available in the second half of next year.
