At Interpack Tanis Food Tec introduced the RotoJelly, an innovative standard jelly system. It’s almost like a plant: all components are designed to fit on one frame. It is no longer necessary to buy several separate parts that need to be connected and served separately. Even the water tempering set is part of the skid, and all settings are done on one plc-screen.
Also new is the possibility to measure the pH of the product, and jellification in pipe work is history because of automated start-up, interruption and stop-cycles that include cleaning.
