With their recently established cooperation, Netherlands based Tanis Food Tec (TFT) and German wafer company Hebenstreit offer a serious alternative cream-wafer system.
Tanis has been a household name for decades in the field of bakery food processing equipment.
The cream-wafer system, handling both flat and hollow wafers, uses as filling either tempered cream, or an aerated one that creates a higher volume at the same weight. At Interpack this wafer cream system will be up and running at Tanis Food Tec's stand.
