Ramalhos produces fixed-deck ovens, electric ovens, cyclothermic ovens, rack ovens, convection ovens and cold chambers. FIXED-DECK OVENSRamalhos produces a wide range of fixed-deck ovens. These ovens radiate heat through tubes of Ø27mm x 4mm, which are tested at a pressure of 800kg/cm². Ramalhos' fixed-deck ovens possess a double-security thermostat, refractory-material floors of 25mm thickness, tempered-glass doors, high-visibility inner lighting of 12V and a separate central steamer for each chamber. Ramalhos' fixed-deck ovens possess three different heating methods to provide maximum flexibility. They can be heated by wood burning (with the lateral furnace on the left or right side as required), by gas or fuel oil, or by both systems working alternatively. PASTRY AND BAKERY OVENSRamalhos also produces pastry and bakery ovens. These ovens come in an extensive range to provide for our customer's specific requirements, including products with the capacity for one, two and three trays. The chambers of Ramalhos' pastry and bakery ovens are built separately, with the possibility of assembling up to four chambers. There is also an independent control for the sole, ceiling and door temperatures, which can be constructed in either analog or digital. This control produces energy savings of 20% (with analog) or 40% (with digital) over other pastry and bakery ovens. Ramalhos' pastry and bakery ovens also come with a range of excellent additional options. These include stoves with the capacity for six, 12 or 18 trays, high capacity steamers for the chambers and the stove, chambers equipped with one or two refractory soles, and soles for the main oven of 1.2m x 0.45m. CONVECTION OVENSRamalhos' fixed convection ovens with fan-circulated air. They have a capacity for nine trays of 60cm x 40cm, an adjustable speed and auto-reversing turbine, and a double glass window. Ramalhos' convection ovens also possess a digital or analogical control which can control four stages of baking, and has 40 programmes. There is also a larger proofer option, which provides automatic control of temperature and humidity, has the capacity for 20 trays of 60cm x 40cm, and is easy to clean and maintain. ELECTRIC OVENSRamalhos produces modular ovens both in electric and cyclothermic ranges. Our electric ovens have an independent floor and ceiling heating for each chamber, insulation with glass wool, a refractory-material floor of 25mm thickness, and a digital electronic control-board, independent for each chamber. Ramalhos' electric ovens also possess an alarm system, high-visibility inner lighting of 12V, and a separate central steamer for each chamber. They comply with the most recent and stringent EU standards. CYCLOTHERMIC OVENSRamalhos' cyclothermic ovens are heated by recycled hot air in a closed system. They possess a high-capacity control steamer prepared for continuous operation. Ramalhos' cyclothermic ovens are extremely versatile, with a uniquely quick capability for changing the operating temperature. This affords a great reduction in the time it is necessary to wait between baking different products. COLD CHAMBERSRamalhos produces high-quality cold chambers.
