Bar forms of these products include foam sugar, candy bars, granola, torrone and halwa. The plant competence of Klöckner Hänsel in the area of milk caramel masses and fruit chewy candies is proven by efficient machines and line concepts. Their toffee and chewy candy lines work successfully worldwide in order to enable customers to produce high-quality toffee, chewy candy and caramel products, as well as fudge and other special aerated masses. KHPS SUCROLINER FOR CANDY PRODUCTIONThe Sucroliner is the core element for the production of a large variety of sugar-containing or sugar-free hard candies with high quality and outputs up to 4,000kg/h. KHPS HFDIII FOR FONDANT PRODUCTIONKHP's beating machine for continuous production of fondant is suitable for production of up to 2,000kg/h, high quality fondant by gentle over-saturation of sugar solution and defined temperature controlled cooling. KHPS CONTIGRAV WEIGHING SYSTEMKHP's weighing system enables PLC controlled dosing and weighing appropriate for many types of raw material. It offers high precision upon preparation of candy recipes and the simultaneous processing of up to five recipes. Additionally, this system has a throughput up to 8,000kg/h.
