We will display an ice cream cone baking oven type HTRO, a lab baking machine type LB-SWAK and a continuous aerating system type MINIMONDO.
Ice Cream Cone Baking Oven HTRO
- For the fully automatic production of rolled ice cream cones with a sugar content of up to approx. 50%
- Up to 8200 cones/h (dep. on baking time, cone size, recipe), gas-heated, self-supporting baking plates for optimal energy efficiency and uniform wafer sheet color, cone rolling device arranged separately beside the oven, rolling tools with horizontal drive axles, PLC with automatic temperature control
Lab Baking Machine LB-SWAK
- For the production of wafer product samples
- Exchangeable baking unit for flat and hollow wafer sheets or for ice cream cones and cups, numerous parameter settings allow the simulation of different production conditions
Continuous Aerating System MINIMONDO
- For the test production of light aerated batters, creams, etc. for the baking, confectionery and dairy industries
- Mixing head of stainless steel with rotor and jacketed stator for efficient temperature control, rotor and stator surfaces provided with meshing square pins, feeding pump, gas dosing unit, 12.5 l holding tank
