The Wafer Machines on Display:
- Gas-heated wafer baking oven type SWAKT for the fully automatic production of flat and hollow wafer sheets in sizes up to 350 x 730 mm, capacity up to approx. 50 wafer sheets/min, double baking chamber design with inner and outer baking chamber for higher heating efficiency and longer service life of baking plate running wheels, locking systems and hinges
- Laboratory baking machine with exchangeable baking unit for simulating the production of flat wafer sheets, hollow wafer sheets and ice cream cones under different conditions
- Automatic baking machine EWB-R 1,8/2 IND for hollow wafer sticks (wafer flutes) with environmentally friendly and very heat-efficient induction heating system; this machine will be shown in operation together with a pillow stick crimper for the production of pillow-shaped mini sticks
- Front part of an automatic ice cream cone baking oven type PRO4 with a rolling device for the production of rolled sugar cones with a diameter up to 100 mm and a length up to 240 mm
The Biscuit Line on Display:
- Cut sheet laminator for the production of laminated dough bands for crackers, hard biscuits and cocktail snacks
- Gauging rollers type DUOMAT for reducing band thickness and smoothing pre-shaped dough bands
- Dual roller cutting machine DUOCUT suitable for the production of biscuits and crackers as well as pretzels
The Line for Aerated Products on Display:
- 300 l holding tank
- Cream tempering unit MONDOTHERM
- Continuous aerating machine type MONDOMIX for the production of light aerated batters or confectionery products such as marshmallows
- Freely programable 2-axis-depositor for the production of 2- and 3-dimensionally shaped products
