Franz Haas to Exhibit at HISPACK 2006 and Prodtech 2006

Franz Haas Waffel- und Keksanlagen-Industrie GmbH will exhibit at HISPACK 2006 and Prodtech 2006. At both exhibitions we will display an Automatic Wafer Stick Baking Oven Typ EWB-R 1,8/2 IND. The machine will also be shown in operation.
Machine Description:
The automatic wafer stick baking over offers features including:
- Fully automatic production of hollow wafer sticks
- Electrical induction heating: no hazardous emissions, environmentally friendly, low noise, high degree of thermal efficiency of about 70%
- Baking ring with 1.8m diameter
- Two wafer stick rolling stations
- All stainless steel cladding
- Ventilated side doors for agreeable temperature in working area
- Driven by frequency controlled motors
- PLC control
- Automatic temperature control
- Electric stick counter
- Operation via touchscreen
- All electric and electronic components are integrated in the machine; no external wiring or switch cabinet
- Wafer stick collecting belt
Numerous optional add-on devices allow plenty of product variations, including:
- Cream filling device: sticks can be completely or partly filled with cream; inner wall can be fully coated or striped with cream
- Double depositor for the production of two-colored sticks
- Pressing belt for the production of flattened sticks
- Fan punch for the production of fan-shaped wafers
- Crimper for the production of pillow-shaped sticks
- Cooling tunnel: recommended for very liquid creams or when sticks are coated with chocolate; the tunnels have a modular design and can be easily extended for higher capacities
- Wafer stick elevator: when sticks have to be transferred crosswise to a cooling tunnel or a saw
- Wafer stick saw for the production of very short sticks
