WAFER, SUGAR WAFER AND PANCAKE BATTER MIXERS

Turbo mixers are used in the wafer, sugar wafer and pancake industries for the production of batters. DANMIX batter mixing plants are used for producing batters for wafers and ice cream cones. They have a modular design and are available in various capacities, configurations and degrees of automation.

CREAM SPREADING MACHINES

Haas manufactures and supplies film spreading-machines, contact spreading machines and contact spreaders for wafer sheets with fat creams and for sandwiching the creamed sheets to wafer books.

WAFER CUTTING, SEPARATING AND DISCHARGING MACHINES

VAWDM / VAWDK wafer book cutters cut the wafer books discharged from the wafer book cooler to smaller wafer fingers in the desired size.

AZV separator separates the wafer fingers discharged from the wafer book cutter from each other and feeds them aligned to a chocolate enrober.

The ASV discharge device automatically feeds the wafer fingers coming from the wafer book cutter to one or more packaging machines.

WAFER BAKING OVENS

Haas wafer baking ovens include:

  • WA and MWA ovens for semi-automatic, small and medium scale production of flat and hollow wafers
  • SWAN ovens are used for the fully automatic production of flat and hollow wafer sheets.
  • SWAKN ovens for fully automatic production of flat and hollow wafer sheets
  • SWAKT ovens for large-scale production of flat and hollow wafer sheets
WAFER COOLERS AND CONDITIONERS

Haas provides wafer coolers in a variety of forms, archway coolers, wafer elevators, cooling tunnels, cooling towers, wafer book cooling presses and spiral coolers.

To prevent later cracks in coatings, wafer conditioners increase the moisture content of wafer sheets for chocolate enrobed products. Tunnel or tower configurations are available.

ICE CREAM AND SUGAR CONE OVENS

Hass' range of ice cream and sugar cone ovens includes:

  • E25 / 50 / 100 ice cream cone baking machines for moulded cones and cups
  • MTA ovens for fully automatic production of moulded ice cream cones and cups
  • STAK ovens for fully automatic, large-scale production of moulded ice cream cones
  • VTRO ovens for fully automatic, large-scale production of rolled sugar cones
  • HTRO-D ovens for fully automatic, large-scale production of rolled ice cream cones
AUTOMATIC WAFER STICK OVENS

EWB ovens are used for the fully automatic production of hollow wafer sticks and have a capacity of up to 18,000sticks/h. EWB-IND ovens are used for the fully automatic production of hollow wafer sticks and have a capacity of up to 40,000sticks/h (100mm length, 9mm inner diameter).

An important role is played by the in-house laboratory and test center, where food technologists analyze raw materials, develop recipes, run baking tests and assist customers in the development of new individual wafer and biscuit products and in the optimizing of existing products and production processes.

EWB-IND ovens are used for the fully automatic production of hollow wafer sticks and have a capacity of up to 40,000sticks/h (100mm length, 9mm inner diameter).


EWB and EWB-IND wafer stick ovens are used for the fully automatic production of hollow wafer sticks.
