WAFER, SUGAR WAFER AND PANCAKE BATTER MIXERSTurbo mixers are used in the wafer, sugar wafer and pancake industries for the production of batters. DANMIX batter mixing plants are used for producing batters for wafers and ice cream cones. They have a modular design and are available in various capacities, configurations and degrees of automation. CREAM SPREADING MACHINESHaas manufactures and supplies film spreading-machines, contact spreading machines and contact spreaders for wafer sheets with fat creams and for sandwiching the creamed sheets to wafer books. WAFER CUTTING, SEPARATING AND DISCHARGING MACHINESVAWDM / VAWDK wafer book cutters cut the wafer books discharged from the wafer book cooler to smaller wafer fingers in the desired size. AUTOMATIC WAFER STICK OVENSEWB ovens are used for the fully automatic production of hollow wafer sticks and have a capacity of up to 18,000sticks/h. EWB-IND ovens are used for the fully automatic production of hollow wafer sticks and have a capacity of up to 40,000sticks/h (100mm length, 9mm inner diameter). An important role is played by the in-house laboratory and test center, where food technologists analyze raw materials, develop recipes, run baking tests and assist customers in the development of new individual wafer and biscuit products and in the optimizing of existing products and production processes.
